You can find information on getting to LAL and a list of hotels on the LAL website.

Generally, I recommend that people stay in Paris rather than here locally. (There's not so much to do in the evenings and the hotels around the lab are rather isolated.)

The most convenient airport is Orly; it takes about 30' to get to LAL from Orly. Iberia has quite a few flights from there so this may work well for our Spanish partners. It is also easy to get to LAL from CDG, just longer (about 1.5 hours). The third airport (Beauvais) is served primarily by RyanAir and is extremely inconvenient; weigh carefully the pain you'll suffer from choosing Beauvais against the low fares.
