Theoretical overview of the rare B-decays with leptons in the final state

In current talk we will present the theoretical overview for rare semileptonic and rare radiative leptonic decays. Additionally we will compare the theoretical predictions with the experimental data and will consider the applications of the theoretical approaches to the Monte-Carlo generators.
