Description
I will discuss the recent topics from the B factory experiments and their theoretical issues. In the first part of my talk, I will overview the new physics search in the CP violating phenomena in the $b\to s$ transition processes and the complementarity of the $e^+e^-$ machines (Babar, Belle and SuperB) and the hadronic machines (LHCb and Tevatron). In the second part of my talk, I will discuss the issue of the hadronic uncertainties in B physics. I will discuss how to improve our theoretical predictions of the strong interaction effect in the heavy quark systems in the future high statistic measurements. As an example, I will discuss the radiative leptonic $B\to l\nu \gamma$ decay, which may allow us to extract some information on the $B\to\gamma$ transition form-factor. I will show that it could be particularly important to control the photon background in the leptonic B decays ($B\to l\nu$ and $B\to ll$ etc.) where a new physics effect is under investigation.
