The following topics will be covered during this 2 days workshop, which will be followed by the Tianlai collaboration meeting. A visit to the Nançay radio observatory will be organized on the friday June 6th. - Dark energy : theoretical and observational overview - HI signal forecasts at low (z < 3) and high (z ~ 10) redshift - Extragalactic HI surveys - EoR surveys : LOFAR, MWA, PAPER, 21CMA … - Intensity mapping : technical and observational challenges - 21cm BAO projects: CHIME, BINGO, Tianlai - SKA : IM prospects with SKA
