Recent Developments in Precision Top-pair Production at Hadron Collider

This talk will review the current status of precision SM predictions for top-pair production at hadron colliders (almost exclusively LHC). Various precision pheno applications of these calculations will be presented (PDF determination, benchmarking of MC generators, searches in ttbar events and precision SM measurements). Special attention will be paid to the status and prospects in understanding the top quark mass at the LHC.
