In this France-Japan theory corporation, we discuss the phenomenological aspects of flavour physics, namely the physics potential of the current as well as the next generation flavour experiments. In this meeting, we will particularly focus on the subject: reduction of the theoretical uncertainties, which is the most important task for these new experiments Invited Speakers (title TBC) Shoji Hashimoto (lattice QCD for heavy flavour) KEK-Japan Jerome Charles (lattice input to the CKM determination) CPT-Marseille Internal Speaker (title TBC) Achille Stocchi (update of the UTfit and extracting lattice parameters) LAL-Orsay
