The meeting will take place at IBCP in Lyon, France. Information about getting to the laboratory can be found here. Briefly, from the airport, you take the tramway "rhonexpress" that will bring you to the train station "Part-Dieu". Then you have the metro line B to "Stade de Gerland" (on the south of the map there). IBCP is then at 5 minutes walk. Any hotel downtown is fine, it takes 20-25 minutes to go to IBCP.
